Elisa 3 and 4 next door.

The two apartments are directly next door to each other and can be booked together – a practical option for guests travelling together who would like their own apartments.

Elisa 1, 3 and 4 combine sleeping, living and kitchen areas in one room. Elisa 2 has a separate kitchen; its sleeping and living areas share one room.

Questions about your stay in Kaprun

Where are the apartments in Kaprun?

Elisa 1 and 2 are at Nikolaus-Gassner-Straße 41c; Elisa 3 and 4 are in neighbouring building 43, in 5710 Kaprun. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

Is there parking and a ski bus stop?

Parking is available in the courtyard. The ski bus stop is approximately 30 metres away. There is no ski storage room: please keep skis on the balcony and ski boots inside the apartment.

Which apartments are next door to each other?

Elisa 3 and Elisa 4 are directly next door to each other on the first floor of building 43. Guests travelling together can enquire about both apartments while keeping their own living space.

Do the apartments have a balcony, kitchen and Wi-Fi?

All four apartments have a balcony, cooking facilities and free Wi-Fi. Elisa 2 has a separate kitchen; in Elisa 1, 3 and 4 the kitchenette is in the living and sleeping area.

How does check-in work?

Contactless check-in is available from 4 pm, including for late arrivals. Keys for all apartments are collected at building 41c. Your personal access instructions are sent separately. Check-out is by 10 am.

Are breakfast, hotel services or the Summer Card included?

Apartment Elisa offers self-catering accommodation without breakfast or hotel services. The Zell am See–Kaprun Summer Card is not included with stays at Elisa 1 to 4.

How can I check prices and book directly?

Are pets and smoking allowed?

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony.
