Payment & cancellation

These conditions apply to direct bookings with Apartment Elisa when agreed at the time of booking. Any different conditions expressly agreed for your booking take precedence. For bookings through other platforms, the conditions agreed there apply.

Payment

A deposit of 50% is due upon booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation

• Cancellation received at least 3 months before arrival: free of charge.
• Less than 3 months, but at least 1 month before arrival: 50% of the agreed total arrangement price.
• Less than 1 month, but at least 7 days before arrival: 70% of the agreed total arrangement price.
• Less than 7 days before arrival: 90% of the agreed total arrangement price.

Saved expenses and income from re-letting the accommodation will be credited when calculating cancellation charges. Any deposit paid will be credited against the cancellation charge; any excess will be refunded. In the event of free cancellation, the deposit will be refunded.
